These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the GoMaths web application ('Service'), operated by RYTICK LIMITED ('we', 'us', or 'our').

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, as outlined in the Termination section.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Service operates on a subscription model:

• Paid Plan ('Upgraded'): Full access, including all practice questions, tracking features, and spaced repetition.
• Free Plan (non-Upgraded): Limited access to content.
  
  

Subscriptions are billed monthly via our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. If your payment fails, we reserve the right to revert your account's status to non-Upgraded. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Share your account with others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or legal action, for breaches of acceptable use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoMaths and RYTICK LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Although we aim to provide high-quality resources, we are not liable for any errors or false information included in the Service.

You are permitted to link to the homepage of the Service, provided that you do so in a fair and legal manner. Unless it explicitly exists, you may not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement from us. You may not frame the Service on any website.
